An excellent, 11½ x 9½ ins, group portrait of 1st (King George’s Own) Madras Pioneers showing three British and four Indian Officers with ten senior NCOs. The photograph is presented on photographer’s card, 18 x 14 ins, with an impressed credit in the card although it is is difficult to read. aug21/2
This came to us with asmall group of photographs of the regiment, some of which were dated to 1933 when it was disbanded.
