Armorial bookplate, 67 x 97mm., The Edward of this bookplate is the 1st Earl [1739-1820] who was the son of Edward Lascelles of Barbados, Edward was a Colonel in the Army and was twice elected MP for Northallerton. The seat of the family is Harewood House near Leeds in the West Riding of Yorkshire. feb10/7
