A worn but honest example of the India General Service Medal 1854 with the single clasp Hazara 1891 . A clumsy attempt at erasing the naming [quite possibly by the original recipient on selling his medal] has been only partially successful but the name and unit are hard to decipher apart from the rank Naick in running script. ser29/1
