PESHAWAR, Viceroy’s visit in 1948, a dinner plan

An official printed plan for a dinner at Government House, Peshawar  on Wednesdaym 20th April, 1938. The plan is printed on a typical sheet of strong paper with a single fold to 4 pages, each 8½ x 4¼ ins. The paper has been further folded to with one vertical and one horizontal folds. The title page has the royal arms printed in gold. Page 2 shows the table plan and the other two pages list the guests and the Governor and Lady Cunningham’s house party, which includes the Viceroy, H.E. the Marquess of Lilithgow. jul20/3
