A cabinet card by Elliott and Fry. 55 & 56 Baker Street, London showing H.R.H. Princess Beatrice [1857-1944], the youngest daughter standing beside the seated Prince Henry of Battenberg [1858-1896] whom she married on the Isle of Wight in 1885. The card probably dates from around that time. Prince Henry was a son of Prince Alexander of Hesse & by Rhine. jan30/2
