A fine example of an officer’s gilt 25mm button of The Suffolk Regiment of the pattern worn by regular officers for the last twenty years of the Vicctorian era. It has the backmark PITT & Co. 50 ST MARTINS LANE LONDON and the design of the Gibraltat castle beneath a Vicctorian cronw, with the title beneath. It retains virtually the full original gilt. jun5/3 SOLD 14th October 2024
