Tollygunge Club, Calcutta. A ticket for the Horse Show held during the Royal Tour visit in January 1912

The 4¾ x 3¾ ins ticket, numbered 26 is for the Horse Show on the 4th January 1912, attended by the King & Queen during the Calcutta section of the Royal Tour following the Coronation Durbar in Delhi.  It came with a collection of ephemdera which had belonged to servant to the most senior military officer on the tour. It is in somwhat tired condition but few of these will have survived. apr9/1
